We accept all methods of credit and debit card payments. You can also pay through your PayPal account if you have one set up. If not, and you would like to register for one, you can do so on the Payment page.

Your monthly credit card or bank statement will show payment sent to "Babylon Ink"

Shipping Information

We work to ship prints in the best format possible. Prints are packaged in a clear envelope and shipped flat.

You can see the shipping and handling charges applied within the shopping cart. Rates are kept as low as possible and we do not make profit off of the shipping. Shipping covers the actual shipping cost, as well as packaging costs.

Prints are shipped FedEx/USP Ground and will be sent within 3-5 business days of the purchase. You should receive your print within 2-4 weeks of purchase, though usually much much sooner!

At this time, we do not ship Internationally due to the problems associated with product damaged during shipping. In addition, rush shipping is not available at this time.

Exchange and Refunds

We do our best to provide merchandise that is of high quality and well packaged. Exchanges are preferred over returns, but if you must return an item, please make sure that it is packaged soundly to prevent damage from occuring on the return trip. Simply inform us of your request by contacting us. We will do our best to comply with your wishes.

If you receive merchandise that has been damaged, please notify us immeditately in order for us to correct the problem. Unfortunately, once the item has been handed off for shipping, it is out of our control and damage can occur, regardless of the precautions. Please contact us as quickly as possible and return the item within 30 days of the original purchate date.

If you received the incorrected order, please contact us immediately. We will review the order made and do our best to correct the situation as quickly as possible.
